Arb Bearings Ltd.

We are over at H-22 in Udyog Nagar, Nanagloi. If you are coming from the main road, it is a bit of a turn, but we have been here at this spot for years. Bearings are what we do. They are everywhere, in boxes, on the shelves, and on the assembly tables. It is a bit of a repetitive job, checking the sizes and making sure they are packed right. The fans in the ceiling hum all day long to keep the air moving. Nangloi is quite busy, so there is always a lot of noise from outside too. We have a team that handles the heavy boxes and another group that checks the quality. We are not a high-tech lab; it is a working factory. We have some older staff who know the sounds of the machines better than anyone else. If a machine makes a weird click, they know exactly which belt is loose. We eat our lunch in the small break area near the entrance. Sometimes we get big orders that keep us here late into the evening. We do not spend much time on fancy talk or brochures. We just make sure the bearings are ready and the trucks are loaded on time. The building is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in some corners, but the machines are well-oiled. That is more important to us than how the office looks. We just keep our heads down and work. It is just us here.
