You can find Anuj Medicine Point Chemist Shop over on Ignou Main Road, at B-22 near the Freedom Fighter colony in the Sainik Farm area. It is a local chemist shop, the kind of place that people in the neighborhood rely on when they are not feeling well. The shop is not very big, but we try our hardest to keep all the essential medicines and basic healthcare items in stock. We have rows of shelves filled with everything from cough syrups to first aid supplies. Most of the time, it is just one or two of us behind the counter. The road outside can get quite busy with students going to the university or neighbors heading home. We get a lot of regular customers who live nearby and just walk over because we are convenient for them. The setup is quite simple with glass display cases and a small refrigerator for medicines that need to stay cold. We spend a lot of our time checking prescriptions and making sure we have exactly what people are looking for. Sometimes a customer will ask for something we do not have, and we have to see if we can get it for them by the next day. It is usually quiet, but we get these sudden rushes of people all at once. We do not bother with any fancy marketing or websites. We just focus on serving the people who walk in through our front door.
