You can find us at 1535/28 in Naiwala, Karol Bagh. If you’ve ever walked through Naiwala, you know it is the heart of the bike market in Delhi. It is incredibly crowded and the lanes are so thin that you can barely fit a scooter through some of them. Ankur Sehgal Auto Mobiles is right in the thick of it. We have a small shop that is stuffed with parts and accessories. There is barely enough room for two people to stand behind the counter at the same time. The air is always full of the smell of rubber and petrol. We have been working in Karol Bagh for years, so we are used to the chaos. Customers come from all over the city because they know this is where the parts are. We don't have time for fancy marketing or a polished look. Our shop is old and the shelves are wooden and a bit rickety. We just know where every single nut and bolt is hidden. The days are long and we spend most of them on our feet. It’s a loud, frantic environment but it feels like home to us. We just keep our heads down, serve the people who walk in, and try to keep things moving. It’s just how life is here in the market. We close the shutters when the street finally starts to calm down, which isn't usually until very late in the evening.
