Our place is located in the Anand Parbat Indl area. It’s a busy part of town, always sounds like machines and trucks moving around. We’ve been here quite some time. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. It’s noisy and dusty sometimes because of all the activity around us. We don't really have a reception area with flowers. It’s more of a workspace where everyone has their own corner. We deal with suppliers and workers all day long. It's a lot of physical work and logistics. You get used to the rhythm of the industrial area after a while. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. Usually, we just shout across the floor or talk by the gate. It's straightforward. We don't use fancy titles either. Everyone just does what needs doing. Some of the guys have been with us since the beginning. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The roads get crowded in the afternoon. We try to get the orders out on time and keep the machines running. It’s practical, everyday work. Nothing more, nothing less. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes, just getting on with it. It's a real working environment here and that is just fine by us.
