Anand Automotive Systems

Being located at 1, Sri Aurobindo Marg in Hauz Khas means we are right in the thick of things. This part of the city is always moving, and our building sits right where the traffic flows all day long. We work on various automotive systems, mostly dealing with the technical side of how cars function. It’s a lot of coordination and sitting at desks or working with prototypes. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and parts. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to the honking after a week or two. Most of us take the metro or buses because parking around here is a nightmare. Lunch usually means grabbing something from a nearby stall or eating at the desk while talking about whatever happened over the weekend. It’s a mix of younger people and some who have been in the car industry for decades. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just show up, do the drawings, check the specs, and send them off. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the air conditioning struggles with the Delhi heat, but we keep things moving anyway. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just getting the work finished so we can go home to our families. We appreciate the small things, like when the tea guy arrives on time.
