You can find us at Plot No-W Z-2 in Ganesh Nagar, which is part of the Tilak Nagar area. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been operating Ambika Solutions E Services from here for quite some time now. Our office is a simple place. We don’t have any of those modern decorations or bright lights you see in the city center. It’s just a room with computers and some desks where we handle all the e-services stuff. People come in with all sorts of requests, and we do our best to get them sorted out. Tilak Nagar can be quite a maze if you aren’t used to it, but once you find Ganesh Nagar, we are easy to spot. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We deal with the usual glitches and internet issues that happen in this kind of work, but we keep at it. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We aren't wearing suits or following some strict corporate handbook. It’s just a local business trying to make things work. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times it’s quiet enough to have a long chat. We like being in this neighborhood. It’s got a lot of life to it and the people around here are mostly friendly once you get to know them. It is just a normal shop doing normal things.
