We operate out of C-301 in the Delhi Rajdhani Apartments. Being in I.P. Extension means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity in Patparganj. It’s a residential building, but we’ve set up our workspace here to stay close to the heart of the city. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of equipment coming in, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent dealing with power-related issues for our clients. There are lots of wires and testers lying around the desks. It can get a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when we are testing things. It’s a small team, just a handful of us really. We’ve got the regular office stuff—computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and a small area for tea. The view from the window is just other apartments and the street below. Traffic in Delhi is always a topic of conversation here. It affects when we can get out to visit sites. We don't have a big showroom or a front desk with a receptionist. If someone comes by, they just ring the bell and one of us opens the door. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been at this for a while and the location is convenient for reaching different parts of the NCR without too much trouble.
