Allied Health Sciences

Allied Health Sciences is based at 101 A, Kundan Kutir, which is tucked away behind the Nafed building in the Ashram area. It’s an older building, and you can tell it has some history to it. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We have desks pushed against the walls and a lot of shelves for all the health science books and documents we keep. Ashram is a busy part of the city, so there is always the sound of traffic in the background, but Kundan Kutir stays relatively quiet inside. We spend a lot of our time reading through reports and managing the administrative side of health services. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on the details. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. Usually, if the doorbell rings, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to answer it. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs are the old-fashioned kind that creak when you sit down. But it works for us. We have a small area in the corner where we keep a kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. It is an honest, hardworking atmosphere where we just try to get through the daily tasks without making a big deal of it. People who visit us usually appreciate that we are just regular folks working in a regular office in a busy neighborhood.
