Our workshop is located at Plot Number 885 in Sangam Vihar. It’s tucked away in Gali Number 20, which can be a bit of a squeeze if you’re driving a big truck through the neighborhood. Being near Deewan Public School means we hear the school bell and the kids playing every single afternoon. At Aline Conveyors, we build the systems that help move products from one place to another. It involves a lot of steel, some heavy motors, and a good amount of sweat. The air in the shop usually smells like grease and welding sparks. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local team that knows how to put a conveyor together so it doesn't break down. Sometimes the alley outside gets blocked up with deliveries, and we have to help move things around to get by. It’s a bit chaotic, but that’s just life in this part of Delhi. We don't have a big reception area or polished floors. Most of our space is taken up by half-finished frames and rollers. We drink our chai in the morning and get straight to the metalwork. If a client needs a specific size for their warehouse, we get out the measuring tape and figure it out. There’s no secret to it, just practical work that needs doing. We’ve been in Block-Lii long enough that everyone knows us. We just keep our heads down.
