Alankar Cable Industries (ACI)

We've been at Gali-2 in Shalimar Industrial Area for a good while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly full of workshops and small factories making all sorts of things. Our place is at Khasara No 291. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. We make cables here. Most days start pretty early because the trucks come in and out of the narrow lanes. Sometimes the traffic gets backed up, especially when everyone is trying to move goods at the same time. We have a small crew. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how things run around here. We don't spend much time on the computer or making flashy ads. We just focus on the machines and making sure the wires are coming out right. If you walk down the street, you’ll hear the hum of the machines from outside. It’s a loud area, but that’s just how industrial zones are. We get used to the noise and the dust after a while. Sometimes people stop by looking for specific types of electrical stuff, and we help them out if we can. There’s a small tea stall just around the corner where we usually take our breaks. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy every day of the week. We don't really bother with big meetings. We just work.
