Aks Logistics Pvt Ltd is located over at D 84 /2 in the Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I. It’s a pretty packed area with lots of workshops and warehouses everywhere you look. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular brick and concrete place that does the job. We’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't even have to look at the numbers anymore. Inside, it's usually a bit of a mess with folders and clipboards scattered around. We try to stay organized, but when things get busy, it’s hard to keep the desks clear. The staff here has been together for a few years now. We know each other's habits, like who takes the longest lunch or who makes the best coffee in the small kitchen corner. The Okhla heat can be a bit much in May, so we have a couple of fans that stay on all day. Most of our time is spent tracking shipments or talking to folks about their cargo. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. We just look at what needs to be moved and figure out the best way to do it. Sometimes there are delays at the gates, or a truck breaks down, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's just a regular job for us, and we try to do it right. The local tea stall guy knows our order by heart.
