Ajax Luxury Homes (Opc) Private Limited

Ajax Luxury Homes (Opc) Private Limited is based out of Maharani Bagh in New Delhi. We are located at C-8 on the second floor. The building is a regular residential-style structure that we have converted for our use. Getting up to the second floor is a bit of a daily exercise since there isn't a lift, but we don't mind it much. The office is quite simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of documents that we need for our daily tasks. Maharani Bagh is usually a quieter part of the city compared to the main hubs, which is nice for focusing on work. You can see the trees from our windows and hear the birds in the morning. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s just how it is in Delhi. We spend our days here going through the various requirements of the business. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit and work. We have a small pantry area where we make tea and coffee. The light comes in quite well during the afternoon. We’ve grown accustomed to the creak in the floorboards near the entrance. It’s a very normal, practical environment. We don't spend much time on aesthetics. As long as the computers are working and the files are in order, we are satisfied with how things are going at C-8. It's our base.
