We are located in the middle of all the chaos in Pahar Ganj, specifically at the RG Complex on D.B. Gupta Road. If you’ve ever been to Central Delhi, you know it’s always moving and always loud. Our office is on the first floor, spread across a few units like A 109 and C 104. Dealing with bottles means we have a lot of logistics to handle every single day. It’s a lot of loading and unloading, and sometimes the narrow roads around Motia Khan make that a real challenge. We’ve been in this trade for a long time. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to supply the containers people need for their own businesses. The office is usually cluttered with glass and plastic samples and piles of shipping documents. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything. Most of the time we are just on the phone or checking the inventory in the back. The heat in Delhi during the summer is something else, but the fans keep us going well enough. We know the other business owners on Plot No. 2 pretty well by now. It’s a tight-knit spot despite the crowds and the noise. We just try to get the orders out on time and keep the stock moving through the doors. It’s a busy life here in the heart of the city, but we wouldn’t really know where else to go. We just keep our heads down and work.
