Secretheart Pharmacy

Secretheart Pharmacy is located right on Kotla Road, near Aiwan-E-Ghalib Marg. It’s a busy corner of the world, and there is always someone rushing past the window. We spend most of our time behind the counter, looking for specific boxes of medicine or explaining to an old man how many times a day he needs to take his tablets. The shelves go all the way to the ceiling, so we are constantly using a little step ladder to reach the things at the top. It’s a small shop, and it gets a bit crowded when more than three people come in at once. We don't have a fancy system, just a lot of ledgers and a good memory for where everything is kept. The name "Secretheart" always makes people ask questions, but it’s just the name we’ve had since the start. We see a lot of the same faces every month when they come in for their regular prescriptions. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if someone calls and says they are on their way after a long shift. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the inventory. It’s mostly about keeping the stock organized and making sure we don't run out of the basics that everyone needs. It’s a quiet kind of work in a very loud neighborhood.
