Our little office for Airlif Logistics Solutions is tucked away in Sangam Vihar. If you know New Delhi, you know how packed this area can get. We are at L-1 6/1335, and it is a bit of a maze to find us if you are not from around here. We do logistics, which basically means a lot of checking lists and making sure trucks show up when they are supposed to. It is noisy outside most of the time with the traffic and the street noise, but inside we just keep our heads down and work. We are not a massive corporation with thousands of employees. It is just a handful of us making sure things move. There is always someone drinking chai and someone else arguing with a driver on the phone. That is just the daily routine. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to make sure nothing gets lost and everything arrives in one piece. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to stay late to fix it. That is just the nature of the business in a city like Delhi. We have been in this spot for a while now, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It is not glamorous, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth in Sangam Vihar usually does the trick for us. We just keep working.
