Our office, Ahlstrom Fiber Composites India Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away in Connaught Place. We are on the first floor of the Prakashdeep Building on Tolstoy Marg, occupying rooms 105 to 107. Being in CP means it’s always loud outside, but inside we just focus on the fiber composites. It’s an old building, has that classic Delhi feel to it. The hallways are a bit dim sometimes. We’ve been here for a bit, and honestly, the location is the main thing people recognize. We deal with a lot of technical specs for our materials. It’s mostly emails and phone calls all day long. We aren't a retail shop, so we don't get random people walking in. It’s a professional enough space, but we keep things relaxed between us. Sometimes we go out to the nearby stalls for a quick bite during the afternoon. The commute can be a pain because of the traffic on Tolstoy Marg, but you get used to the pace of the city. We have a small team here handling the India operations. It’s not as glamorous as the address might sound, just a lot of work and coordination. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the schedule. That’s about all there is to it. We just do our part in the larger chain and make sure the paperwork is filed correctly before the day ends.
