We’ve been operating out of the community centre in Saket for quite some time now. It’s a busy little area, and our office at number 4 is right in the middle of it all. We mainly deal with making IV fluids and various injectable medicines. It is the kind of work that doesn’t leave much room for mistakes, so we stay pretty focused on the day-to-day tasks. Most of our morning is spent looking over schedules and checking on the production lines. We aren't a big corporate setup with lots of fancy talk; we’re just a group of people who know how to handle these types of pharmaceutical products. The traffic around Saket can be a real headache during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our space isn't overly decorated or anything like that. It’s practical because that’s what we need to get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we make it work. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the machines sound when they’re running right. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. People who need what we make usually find us through word of mouth or long-standing contracts. It’s just honest work in a familiar neighborhood. We like being tucked away in the community centre where things feel a bit more local.
