You can find us in Salarpurkalan, right near the NTPC plant in Dadri. It is a busy spot because of all the industrial activity happening around this area. We handle logistics, which basically means we are always moving something from one place to another. The air is often thick with dust from the trucks and the construction nearby. Our office is just a plain building where we keep our records and manage the daily schedules. We are a small group of people, and most of us live in the surrounding villages. We don't have a corporate dress code; we just wear what is practical for a warehouse environment. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be dealing with spare parts for the power plant, and the next it could be something completely different. We know all the back roads around Uttar Pradesh to avoid the heavy traffic when we can. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the local economy. We don’t bother with big slogans or fancy promises. We just tell you when we can get it done and then we do it. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we just keep going. There is usually someone around to help if you have a question. We stay focused on the trucks and the crates. It’s a living, and we are glad to be part of this community.
