At Agility Logistics Pvt. Ltd., we are located at 70 Sadbhavna Appts in the IP Extension area of Patparganj, Delhi. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in an apartment complex, but Puneeta Sharma and the team make it work. The office feels more like a home sometimes, with the landline ringing in the background and someone always making a pot of tea. Being in Patparganj means we are right in the middle of the East Delhi hustle. We spend our days coordinating shipments and talking to people on the phone. You can usually find us surrounded by stacks of files and various logbooks. It’s not a shiny, glass-walled office, but it’s where we manage all the moving parts of the business. We have our fair share of hectic moments, especially when several things need to happen at once. Sometimes the power goes out or the phone lines act up, and we just have to wait it out or find another way to get the message across. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just about making sure the goods move from one place to another without getting stuck in some warehouse somewhere. We’ve been at this for a while, and the neighborhood knows us. It’s a practical, busy life here, and we just take it one day at a time.
