Our shop for Aggarwal Auto Products is located at 21/4 in the Rajiv Gandhi Complex. We are right on the Delhi-Mathura Road, which is always busy with cars and trucks flying by. If you look across the road, you’ll see Pratap Steel, which is a huge landmark around here. Being in the complex means we have neighbors on both sides doing similar things. Our space is filled with auto products from floor to ceiling. It can get a bit cluttered, but we usually know exactly where everything is. It’s a fast-paced environment because people are always in a rush to get their parts and get back on the road. The noise from the highway is something you never really stop hearing. We spend our days answering questions and pulling items off the shelves. The floor is concrete and usually has some grease spots here and there. We don’t bother with much decoration; the products are the main focus. It’s a practical business for a practical area. We open early to catch the morning traffic and stay until things quiet down in the evening. It’s a lot of standing and walking around the shelves. We’ve seen the Rajiv Gandhi Complex change over the years, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. It’s just a place where work happens every day, and we keep things moving as best as we can with the space we have.
