Agarwal & Co. has an office in Indra Pasth State, which is right near the IT Crossing. If you know that area, you know how hectic the traffic can get during the rush hour. We are tucked away in a spot that makes it easy for people to find us once they get past the main intersection. The office itself is full of files and folders because there is always a lot of paperwork to deal with in this line of work. We have a few chairs for visitors, but mostly it is just a place where we sit and go through numbers or documents all day. It is not a modern glass building with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just a regular room where the work happens. The lights hum a little bit, and there is always a stack of papers waiting to be filed. We take our tea around four in the afternoon when things slow down for a minute. Many of the people who come in are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We know their names and their stories. It is a local business and we like it that way. We do not try to act like a big firm from the city center. We just handle the tasks that come across the desk and try to stay organized. Being near the crossing is convenient for errands, though it is noisy.
