Aeroaqua Export Andimport is located in New Delhi on the first floor of B-3 in Jangpura Extension. The first floor of this building has been our home for several years. We remember when the paint was fresh, but now it has got that lived-in look. We spend our mornings checking emails and seeing what has come in from the ports. New Delhi is a huge place, but Jangpura feels like a small village sometimes. We know the guy who sells tea downstairs and the postman knows exactly where to leave our letters. Our business is about the daily ins and outs of trading goods. It is not always exciting. A lot of it is just making sure the weight on the papers matches the weight of the boxes. We have a few old fans that hum all day while we work. It is a bit of a mess sometimes with all the files stacked up, but we know where everything is. We do not really have a big corporate structure. It is just a couple of us who have been doing this for a long time. We try to be honest about how long things take. Shipping can be unpredictable, so we do not make promises we cannot keep. We just do the work as it comes and try to stay organized in our little corner of the first floor. It’s a simple way to spend the day.
