Advance Dcor India Pvt.Ltd. is located in Sriniwaspuri at Flat No. 303, Q-1/7. It’s actually a flat that we’ve turned into our main office space. It makes the whole thing feel a bit more like home than a cold corporate building. We have the rooms set up for different tasks. One room is full of decor samples and catalogs, and the other is where we have our computers and the main desk. It’s a bit tight when we have everyone in at the same time, but we make it work. Sriniwaspuri is a busy residential area, so there’s always something going on outside the window—kids playing or people heading to the market nearby. We like the neighborhood feel. Our work involves a lot of planning and looking at designs, so having a quiet-ish flat to work from is actually quite helpful. We don’t have a sign that glows in the dark or anything. It’s just the name on the door. People who work here usually bring their own lunch and we eat together in the small kitchen area. It’s very informal. Advance Dcor India Pvt.Ltd. is basically just a few of us trying to keep things organized from this apartment. It’s not fancy, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the power is out, but it’s our base. We just do our best with the space we have and stay busy with the decor work.
