You can find Accountant Shreekant Siddiqui right on the Kalkaji Main Road. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. The office is right in the middle of all that Delhi energy. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss the entrance. Inside, it is a bit of a squeeze with all the desks and the chairs for people to sit while they wait. We handle a lot of different things from simple bookkeeping to more complex tax issues. Every morning we have to clear the dust off the tables because of the traffic outside. Shreekant is usually busy with someone, going over their papers or explaining a new rule. We have a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know the office is a bit messy with all the stacks of paper, but they also know we find what they need eventually. We use old-fashioned calculators because they feel better than using a phone. The afternoon can get very busy when people finish their own work and stop by on their way home.
