Down at B 5 Subhash Chowk in Laxmi Nagar, that's where you'll find us. It’s a hectic area of Delhi, especially near the chowk, but the constant honking and the crowds have become background noise. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got our desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a corner for making coffee. Accountant Akshaysinghal focuses on accounting and tax work for the local shops and individuals around here. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy enough. Big advertisements aren't something we do. Usually, someone just walks in because they need help with a form or an audit. Having lived and worked in this area for years, we know the local pace well. The space is often full of folders and ledger books. Staying organized is the goal, but during the busy months, things can look a bit cluttered. It’s just the nature of the job. There isn't a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. People who come back to us year after year are much appreciated. It makes the days go by faster when you know who you’re working for. Regular people doing a good job with the numbers is what we are, so our neighbors don't have to worry about it. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and the people who visit.
