You’ll find us down in the basement at E-165 in Kalkaji. It’s a busy neighborhood, and being in the basement keeps things a little quieter for us while we work. We spend our days dealing with packing and moving, which is mostly just a lot of physical labor and organization. Moving house is a headache for most people, so we try to take the heavy lifting off their hands. We have a small crew of guys who are good at maneuvering big sofas through those tight Kalkaji stairwells. Our office isn't anything to brag about; it’s mostly just stacks of corrugated sheets, rolls of tape, and some old wooden desks. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. Usually, people just hear about us from someone else in the area who we helped move last year. It gets pretty dusty with all the cardboard, but that’s just how it is in this business. We start early to avoid the worst of the Delhi heat, especially during the summer months when the trucks get like ovens. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just show up with the packing materials and get to work. It’s honest, tiring work, but it keeps us busy. We know the local streets well, which helps when we're trying to park the big tempo nearby without blocking the whole road.
