Aadriti Associates Pvt Ltd is where we spend our working hours. It’s a standard office setup with a few rooms and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't located in a big shiny tower, just a regular building that serves its purpose. The morning starts with everyone arriving and the sound of the kettle boiling in the small kitchen. We have a lot of associates who come and go throughout the day, so it can get a bit crowded near the entrance. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with the sound of typing and people talking on their phones. We keep a pretty tight schedule, but we aren't robots, so there is plenty of chatter during the breaks. Our desks are usually covered in files and notebooks because we have a lot to keep track of. It’s the kind of place where you always know where to find a spare pen or a stapler. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, we just rely on people knowing who we are. The building is a bit older, so the floors creak a little when you walk down the hall. We have been working under the name Aadriti Associates for a while, and it feels like a steady part of our lives. We just focus on getting the paperwork finished and the calls made before we lock up for the night.
