Our place is located near the Dwarka Mor metro station, which makes it pretty easy for everyone to get here. We are in Plot No 647 in the Police Colony. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if the streets are full. We started this business because we wanted to do something local and stay busy. The office isn't very large, but it fits us just right. We have some desks, a few chairs, and usually some tea going. Most of the day is spent handling orders and talking to people who stop by or call us up. We don’t really have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just try to be honest and do what we say we will do. If something goes wrong, we try to fix it without making a big deal out of it. The neighborhood is mostly residential around here, so it’s fairly quiet except for the metro noise in the distance. We've lived in this part of town for years, so setting up here felt like the right choice. It’s nice to work in an area where you know the local shops and the people walking by. We just take things one day at a time and keep the shop running as best as we can. It’s simple work, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes out, but we just deal with it and move on. That’s just life in a small office like ours, really.
