We are based over near Pole No. 57, right by the Shantikunj Ashram in Jhatikra. It’s a quiet area of New Delhi, and being close to Shanti Kunj means we see a lot of people coming through for the ashram. A.A. Tyagi Real Estate Private Limited has been working out of this spot for a while now. The village of Jhatikra has its own pace, and we just fit into that daily routine. It’s not a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. Just a place where we handle property matters and talk to neighbors who stop by. Sometimes the directions are a bit tricky because of how the poles are numbered, but once you find Shantikunj, you’re basically there. We spend most of our time dealing with local land and houses around this part of New Delhi. It's a lot of paperwork and meeting folks on-site. We don't really do the big city corporate thing. The weather gets pretty dusty out here in the summer, but the ashram nearby keeps things feeling grounded. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s where we know everyone.
