We are over at 112 A in Shivlok House-1. It’s part of the Karampura Commercial Complex. If you’ve been there, you know it’s a lot of offices and small businesses all packed together. Our space is filled with boxes of medical supplies. We don't have a lot of room for a desk, so we usually work around the inventory. It’s a busy environment. We spend most of the day on the phone or checking lists. We sell to clinics and sometimes individuals who need stuff for home. It’s practical work. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge board of directors. It’s just a few of us making sure the right equipment gets to the right people. The elevators in the complex are sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. The lighting in the hallways isn't the best, but our office is bright enough. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the boxes go out on time. Sometimes we run out of stock and have to wait for a shipment, which can be frustrating. We try to be honest with people about when things will arrive. It’s a simple business, really. We’ve been in Karampura for a while and the location suits us fine for deliveries. Most days we eat lunch at our desks because there is always something to do.
