If you’ve ever walked through Karol Bagh, you know how crowded it gets, especially around Bank Street. We are located on the first floor of building 1234-35, right in Gali Number 4. It’s a busy lane in Naiwala, and there is always noise from the street below. We’ve been in this spot for years, and it feels like home now, even with all the chaos of the market outside. Our space is packed with stuff because we deal with a lot of different items coming in and going out. It is not the kind of place where you find fancy decor. We have shelves full of stock and a few desks where we handle the paperwork and talk to people who stop by. Climbing the stairs every day keeps us fit, I guess. The light in the hallway isn't always the best, but once you get inside, we have everything organized the way we like it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to vendors who navigate through the narrow alleys to find us. Karol Bagh is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but it’s where all the action is. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure we don't lose track of anything in the shuffle. It's a small team, and we all know each other well. We eat lunch together and just handle the daily business.
