We operate A M T Surgicon out of the Eastend Apartment area in Mayur Vihar Phase I Extension. Specifically, we’re at 16/903 in New Ashok Nagar. It’s an interesting spot because it’s partly residential and partly business. We’ve been here for several years now. Our space is more of a workspace than a showroom. We deal with surgical items and medical tools, so cleanliness is the main thing we worry about inside. The area outside can get pretty hectic with the local market and all the residents, but once you’re in the building, it quietens down. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, you’ll find one of us at a workbench or checking a list of orders. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to make sure the surgeons and clinics get the right tools. Sometimes deliveries get delayed because the lanes around New Ashok Nagar are so narrow, but we do our best. It’s a small operation. We know our regulars by name. We don't have a website with a lot of bells and whistles. We just handle the business face to face or over the phone. It’s a grounded way to work, and being in the Eastend Apartment area makes it feel more like a community than just a business zone. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing.
