99 Tender World

Our office is over in Dr. Mukherjee Nagar, specifically on the second floor of the DDA Local Shopping Complex at Plot Number 2. It is right near the Sant Nirankari Public School, so the area gets really packed with students and parents in the morning. 99 Tender World is the name on the door. It is a typical local shopping complex setup with all sorts of small businesses crammed together. You have to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to us. Inside, it is mostly desks, computers, and stacks of paperwork related to tenders and government filings. The hallways of the building can be a bit dark and messy sometimes, but that’s just how these old DDA complexes are. We have been here for a good while, and most people in the building know us by now. It’s a noisy neighborhood because of all the coaching centers and tea stalls around the corner. We spend most of our time tracking notices and helping people with their applications. It’s a lot of staring at screens and answering phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of working in this part of Delhi. It isn't a fancy corporate office, just a workspace where we get things done. The local market nearby is great for lunch, so we usually head out there for a quick break.
