42 mm architecture

We set up 42 mm architecture at D - 102 in Dr Ambedkar Colony, near Andheria More. It’s a busy little corner of the world, and our office reflects that. We’ve got stacks of samples, fabric swatches, and bits of wood all over the place. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend most of our hours figuring out how to make a space feel right without overcomplicating things. There’s a few of us here who have been working together for a long time now. We know each other's habits, which helps when things get stressful before a big deadline. We do a lot of residential work, mostly because we like the personal connection with the owners. It’s more interesting than just doing big blocks of offices. We try to be practical about costs and materials because we know that’s what matters to most people. If a wall doesn't need to be there, we say so. We’ve had our fair share of mistakes over the years, but that’s how we learned what actually works on a construction site. We don’t put on airs or pretend to be something we’re not. We just like building things. The traffic around Andheria More can be a nightmare, so we do a lot of our meetings early in the morning or late at night. It’s just the way it goes when you’re running a small business in this city and trying to keep everything moving.
