3Sh International

Our office is at B-94 in Sarvodaya Enclave. It’s a nice enough area with plenty of trees around. 3Sh International has been operating from here for some time now. We aren't in a big skyscraper; it’s more of a converted space in a neighborhood. We deal with various international trade things, which means our hours are often a bit strange. Sometimes we are here late because of the time zones. The office is pretty simple. We have some computers, a printer that jams too often, and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't have a uniform or a strict dress code. We just show up and get to work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or writing out shipping documents. It can be a bit repetitive, but we have a good group of people here. We share snacks in the afternoon and complain about the heat when the AC struggles. We don't have a big marketing plan. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a small operation, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day I might be doing the accounts, and the next day I'm helping move boxes. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized. It’s a quiet, busy life here in the enclave, and we enjoy the routine of the neighborhood.
