360 Infra Projects

Our base for 360 Infra Projects is in the Shivani Complex which is right in the Kondli Main Market area of Gharoli. We are on the first floor in unit C 1. Being in a busy market in New Delhi means it is always loud outside with people shouting and horns honking but we’ve gotten used to the chaos. Our office is where we handle all the planning for the various construction jobs we take on. There are usually rolls of blueprints leaning against the corners and samples of materials like tiles or bricks sitting on the shelves. We spend half our time here and the other half out at different sites checking on how the work is progressing. It’s a lot of coordination between the workers, the suppliers, and the clients. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. The desks are functional and there’s always a layer of dust from the street that we have to wipe off every morning. We start the day early with a list of things to check on and usually end it pretty late when we finally finish the paperwork. It’s a tough business and things rarely go perfectly but we just deal with the issues as they come up. We’ve been operating out of this part of Delhi for a good while now and we know the local suppliers around the market well. It’s just a regular office where we get the infrastructure work organized and moving.
