220 Bed Multi Super Speciality Hospital

Our building is located at 6/6 Old Rajinder Nagar, right on the first floor. It is quite a large place since we have room for 220 beds, which keeps all of us very busy. New Delhi is always crowded, and this area is no different. You see people coming in and out at all hours of the day and night. We have doctors, nurses, and cleaning staff who have been with us for years. It’s a multi super speciality setup, so there are many different departments tucked into different corners of the facility. The hallways can be narrow when we are moving equipment around. We don't really do much advertising because the work speaks for itself. People from the neighborhood know where we are. Dealing with health issues is tough, so we just focus on the patients. The machines beep constantly, and there is always someone needing something. It is a bit loud and chaotic sometimes, but that is just the nature of a big hospital. We try to keep things organized, though it doesn't always go perfectly. The staff takes their breaks in the small canteen nearby. It’s a lot of responsibility to look after so many beds, but we just take it one shift at a time. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for a long time now.
