Out in the Okhla Industrial Area, specifically Phase-2, you’ll find 123 PLY at D-12/2. It’s a warehouse-style setup because plywood takes up a lot of room. The air usually smells like sawdust and glue, which is pretty standard for this kind of place. We’ve got stacks of sheets piled high, and the forklifts are usually moving something around. It’s not the quietest environment. We don’t have a fancy office for meeting people; usually, we just talk near the loading dock or by the small desk near the entrance. The floor is concrete and always has a layer of dust on it no matter how much we sweep. Working in Okhla means dealing with a lot of trucks and deliveries all day long. We’ve been operating from this unit for a while. We don't have a big philosophy or a polished sales team. We just sell plywood. People come in, tell us what thickness and grade they need, and we see what we have in the stacks. Sometimes the delivery truck is late or the weather makes things difficult, but we just deal with it. It’s a basic, functional business. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Most of our customers are builders or furniture makers who just need the material to get their own jobs done. We just keep the stacks organized and the orders moving as fast as we can.
