Even though the name says Vishram Builders, Chennai, we actually spend a lot of our time over here in Nellore. The address is 24/588, right in the Habibullahpet area of Mulapet. It is a busy neighborhood and the house we work from is usually quite full of activity. The sun in Nellore can be really something else, so the thick walls of the old building help keep things cool while we look over blueprints. We have a few chairs in the front room for visitors, but mostly we are out on the field or moving between sites. It’s a practical setup. There’s a small tea shop just down the road where we get our morning snacks. The streets around Mulapet are narrow and can get crowded with bikes, so we try to get our big deliveries done early in the morning. We have been using this space as a base for a while now. It feels more like a home than an office, which is fine by us. There are files stacked on the wooden tables and the sound of the ceiling fan is always there in the background. We don't worry much about having the latest furniture or anything like that. As long as we have a flat surface to work on and a working phone, we are good to go. It’s just the way we operate. Most of our day involves talking to vendors and making sure the workers have what they need to get the job finished.
