We are located in Siddnapalem village, which is part of the Bogolu Mandali in the Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh. The place is the home of Edukondalu’s son. It’s a very rural setting, far away from the big city lights and the noise. Here, we do things a bit differently. Our training is handled right in the village. It’s a small community where everyone knows each other. We don’t have a fancy office building or a paved parking lot for cars. You might have to walk past some fields or some cattle to get to us. The pace of life is slower here, and we like it that way. We set up our equipment in a part of the house and that’s where the work happens. It’s honest work and we take it seriously, even if the setting is very casual. We often have tea with the people who come by to learn. It’s more like a neighbor helping a neighbor than a formal school or a corporation. We’ve been here in Siddnapalem all our lives, so it made sense to start this here. It can get quite hot in the summers, but we have a good breeze coming through the windows. We just do our best with what we have and help out whoever needs it. It’s a quiet life in Nellore, but we stay busy with our training sessions. We don't need much else to be happy with our daily work.
