Technical Apprentice Training

We run a small training center for apprentices over on Kumaran Street in Pollachi. The address is 108/55, and we’re located right near the Palladam Road, which is always busy with trucks and buses passing through. Our focus is on teaching technical skills to young people who are just starting out. It’s not a fancy college with big classrooms; it’s more of a hands-on workshop where people can actually get their hands dirty and learn how things work. We’ve been here in Pollachi for a long time, and we like being part of this community. Most of our students come from nearby areas, looking to pick up a trade so they can find decent work. The building is simple and we keep things very practical. We don't spend much time on theory that doesn't apply to real-world jobs. Our days are spent showing apprentices how to handle tools and fix machinery. It’s noisy and sometimes a bit disorganized, but that’s how learning usually looks in a real shop. Being on Kumaran Street means we’re easy to find for anyone coming off the main road. We don't have any grand slogans or fancy advertisements. People just know us by word of mouth and see the apprentices working when they walk past. It’s rewarding to see someone go from knowing nothing to being able to handle a job on their own. We just keep doing our thing here, one student at a time, year after year.
