Our office is right in the middle of Vijayawada, on the first floor of Bhavani Towers along Gummadi Vari Street. If you are in the Moghalraj Puram area, you have probably passed by us many times. Mohammad Ali is usually the one you will find managing the day-to-day things here. We deal with land and city development projects, which means there is always a map or a blueprint spread out on one of the tables. The office isn't very large, but it is always busy with people coming in to talk about plots or new developments happening around Sricity. Vijayawada is growing so fast, and we are right in the thick of it. It can get a bit hectic with the traffic outside, but inside we just try to keep things organized. We don't use any complicated jargon. We just talk to people about what is available and what the plans look like. Sometimes we are out on-site more than we are in the office. It is just a small team of us trying to keep up with all the paperwork and the site visits. We have been at this address for a while now, and most of our neighbors in the building know us well. It is straightforward work, mostly just helping folks figure out where they want to invest or build. We keep the tea hot and the records as tidy as we can.
