Sri Venkateswara Medical Stores

Sri Venkateswara Medical Stores is located down on Pappula Street 2. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, but we stay busy with the neighbors. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we stack the boxes. Every corner is used for something, whether it’s bandages, syrups, or pills. Being near the Head Office area means we get a mix of people throughout the day. Some are just passing through, while others live right around the corner and have known us for years. We open up early in the morning to get everything ready. There’s always a bit of paperwork to do with the new deliveries, making sure everything matches the orders. We don't really have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just know where we are. Sometimes the street gets a bit narrow when delivery trucks come by, but we make it work somehow. We keep our focus on the shelves. If someone needs something specific, we try to get it in if it’s not already there. It’s just a regular local medical store. We talk to the customers about the weather or local news while we pack their items. It’s a comfortable routine for us. We just want to make sure the people on Pappula Street have a reliable place to go when they aren't feeling well or just need supplies.
