You can find Sri Vaishnavi Nursing Home Hospital right on Achari Street in Nellore. We are tucked away near the Barracks Centre and the vegetable market, which means there is always a lot of activity going on outside our doors. Being near the market makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their daily shopping. Our building at 17 / 687 is an older one, but it serves the purpose. We have beds for people who need to stay overnight and a small area for outpatient visits. It’s a bit of a maze inside with the narrow hallways, but we know our way around. The nurses and staff are usually running around quite a bit, especially in the mornings. We see a lot of different cases because of where we are located in the heart of the town. It isn't a quiet place, but it is a busy one where work gets done. People from all over Nellore come here because they know the neighborhood well. We don't have those big glass walls or shiny floors like the new hospitals in the city, but we have been here for the local people for a long time. It is a practical place for recovery and getting basic medical help. We just keep things simple and try to look after anyone who walks in through the gate. There is always someone here to help, whether it is late at night or early in the morning. Our doors stay open for those living around the market area.
