Rs Alloy Casting

Operating out of Sri City near Tada means we are right in the middle of a lot of industrial noise and heat. At Rs Alloy Casting, the day starts early before the sun really starts hitting the metal roof. It’s a messy environment, mostly because working with molds and molten metal isn't exactly a clean job. There is always sand on the floor and the smell of hot iron in the air. We spend a lot of time checking the shapes and making sure the pours go right without any bubbles or cracks. It’s hard work and the guys here are used to the sweat. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of workers, just a group that knows how to handle the casting process. Some days the furnace behaves, and other days it’s a bit of a struggle. We’ve got our address near Tada and people usually find us because they need specific parts that can't be found just anywhere. There isn't much sitting around; if we aren't pouring, we are cleaning up the edges of the pieces or stacking them for pickup. It gets loud when the machines are running, but you get used to it after a week. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office. Most of the time, the office is just where we keep the papers and the phone. We just stick to what we know about metal and try to get through the orders.
