Our place is on the Mini By Pass Road in Nellore, specifically at Door No 26-12-1036 in Vedayapalem. We are situated right across from GVVR College. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially when the college students are around. We’ve been involved in construction here for some time. It’s hard work and the sun in Nellore doesn’t make it any easier, but we stick to it. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a room where we keep our files and meet with people to talk about their building plans. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures. We just talk to people like neighbors. Construction involves a lot of moving parts, and we spend most of our time at sites or dealing with labor issues. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes the weather stops us or materials get delayed. We try to be honest about those things. People seem to appreciate that we don’t make excuses. We’ve built a few things around this area and we know the local ground conditions well. If you’re driving down the bypass, you’ve probably passed our spot many times. We are just a local team trying to build sturdy things that last. We aren’t looking to become a giant corporation; we just want to do good work for the people in our town and keep our reputation solid. We like to keep our operations small and manageable so we don't lose track of what's important.
