Prabhakara Rao Vemasani is located right in the middle of Nellore H O, which is a fairly hectic part of town. The address is 524001 and most people who live around here know the building well enough. It has been standing for a long time and has that old Nellore feel to it with thick walls and high ceilings. Prabhakara Rao is usually found behind his desk surrounded by folders and a couple of landline phones that ring more often than you would think. We don’t go in for any of that modern office decor you see in the bigger cities. Instead, we have comfortable chairs and a lot of cabinets to keep everything organized. The light coming through the front door is usually enough to see by until the sun starts to go down. We spend most of our time talking to people who walk in or handling the various documents that pile up over the week. There is a specific rhythm to the work here that hasn't changed much since we started.
