Out in Sullurpet, specifically on Netaji Street in Raghavaiahpet, you’ll find our main office. M/S G.V.R.Construcyions(P)Ltd has been operating in the Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh for some time now. The office is located near the Kondalarao Palisetty area, which is a fairly recognizable spot for the locals. Working in construction means we’re usually out on a site somewhere, but this street is where the heart of the business is. It’s often quite hot here, and the dust from the roads tends to find its way inside no matter how many times we sweep. We don’t mind it much though; it’s just part of the environment. Our desks are usually covered in site plans and ledger books. We aren't a big city firm with glass walls and fancy elevators. We’re a local outfit that cares about building things that actually stay up. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for years, which makes the work day a bit easier. We talk about the projects over lunch and try to figure out how to solve the latest problem that’s come up on a job site. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours under the sun, but we’re used to it. We just want to do our jobs and make sure the buildings are solid and everything is done correctly according to the plans. That’s what matters most to us.
