We’ve been working out of this part of Andhra Pradesh for a good while. It’s a hot area, so we do a lot of our heavy work early in the morning before the sun gets too high. Our office is a basic place where we keep all our records and meet with the foremen. It’s not a corporate headquarters with marble floors or anything like that. We mostly just have desks, chairs, and a lot of dust from the nearby roads. Managing infrastructure projects around here takes a lot of patience. You have to deal with the heat, the local regulations, and the occasional supply chain hiccup. We aren't much for fancy words or marketing brochures. We just talk about what needs to be built and how long it’s going to take. It is honest, tiring work, but it feels good to see a project finally come together. Dargamitta is a busy neighborhood, and we like being right in the middle of it. We are just a bunch of regular guys who know how to handle construction and engineering. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is built to last. That’s the way we’ve always done it here.
