We are located in Nellore, on Gunupativari Street at the address 19/538. It is a fairly central spot in town, and we’ve been operating here for a good number of years. Our office is a basic setup where we handle all the details for our construction projects. We are not a massive company with fancy offices in every city. We are just a local Nellore outfit that knows the area well. The heat here in Andhra Pradesh can be pretty intense, so we do our best to stay cool while we go over our plans and site reports. There is usually a bit of a mess in the office with rolls of paper and samples of building materials everywhere, but it is a working space. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write glossy reports for us. We just rely on the word of mouth from people who have seen our buildings. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and making sure the crews have what they need. Sometimes the narrow streets of Nellore make it hard to get trucks in and out, but we have figured out how to make it work over time. It is a steady, honest business. We take pride in just being a local name that people can trust without any of the corporate fluff. We show up, we build, and we move on to the next one.
